We currently have an immediate vacancy for a  bookings clerk / wharf planner, to join an established transport operator based in West Melbourne. The successful candidate will be tasked with booking / scheduling jobs for a busy container transport company. When applying, applicants should already have prior knowledge of how to book transport pickups / drop offs from their previous work experience. Sound knowledge of one stop and wharf operations is essential! 

Skills / Experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good computer skills (one stop and microsoft office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience processing import / export documentation
• Container transport experience is highly desirable.
• Wharf Transport knowledge
